Made it with skirt steak. Turned out really well. Makes two 13x9 casserole dishes.

Definitely make this again. Very easy and good. I swapped cheddar with Velveeta cheese and added some habanero.

I added a tbs cayenne, cup of liquid smoke, and sesame seeds. Used an oven at 170 with the door propped open an inch for 6 hours.

I diced and cooked a small pack of bacon and added to the sauce mix. Turned out good.
