This is the perfect time of year for ham, and this quiche is the perfect way to make use of all those yummy ham bits. We especially like it with Swiss Cheese and green onions.
My husband loves this dish. It works well to have the chicken already cooked and to use Jiffy Cornbread mix for the topping. This can be on the table in 30 minutes.

This is a salad I love to serve to company. It goes with most any meat entree!
This is a “go to” fruit salad recipe for me. Instead of sour cream, I added a box of Vanilla pudding mix. Be sure to stir it well. Chopped nuts are a good addition too.
I used coconut milk and Half n Half, coconut pudding—and Redi- Whip, instead of Cool Whip.
Love the crunchy Walnuts in this — but next time, I plan to add brown sugar and vanilla to the recipe.
This was a hit! I used Mexican Taco shredded cheese on top, with just one layer of tater tots on the bottom. Chopped onions really made it yummy too.
