Hi Joy! I tried your recipe. Unfortunately , I think I failed.. they didn't make a form like you did. I don't know why I failed.. or is moi moi supposed to taste like soft porridge? I have never tasted moi moi, so I don't know what this is supposed to be.

Hi Eiko-san! Thank you for wonderful recipe! I had a lot of pears in my fridge. So I made pear compote and used them instead of cherries for this cake😋 Tastes really rich and I love the flavour of this dough! It must be even better if I use cherries. 😊 if I get chance to have cherries next time, I'll try again. Have wonderful weekend :)
