stuffed meatballs

this was a great way to use up alot of zucchini. love all the cinnamon. I added some cinnamon chips too. made some muffins because I didn't want to wait a whole hour to taste it. this recipe is a keeper.

I used chicken thighs and they pounded out nicely.

my boyfriend liked it I hated it. it was very different and the flavors to me didn't go together. deleting it from my bookmarks.

this was very good. I mixed everything in at the end. the top got nice and crunchy. next time I will add some sausage for extra flavor. I will make this again soon.
