I probably would have preferred this with the cauliflower all chopped to the point of "riced up", it would have definitely made it feel more like a baked potato substitute. I probably would've preferred it more mixed up than layered, before putting the final cheese, bacon, and chives on top.It's tasty, though. I'll be making it again with the two changes I think I'd prefer.

Pretty good! Nice to set and forget, instead of being near the oven while it's cooking. Came out a little soupier than usual lasagna but I think that assured that the oven ready noodles cooked well.
