@cook_112236741 Thank you so much for your comments. It's true that I put a lot of work into the design of the recipes, both the concept and the description and graphics. I look for information in books, but the truth is that I often let my intuition guide me more when it comes to mixing flavors and textures. The technology part is easy; you just have to know how to use it and be brave. I'm sure you can do it too.

Hahaha that’s funny and so sweet that you think I can do it. Maybe in my younger days I could have but now.. lol I struggle with just remembering if I fed my dog or not 🤭 It’s very obvious how much work you put into everything you put ur hands to. Your very welcome Francisco
