Thankyou ,I couldn't buy lamb in my neighborhood as I desired, but I have minced meat at home and ,in order to start cooking I'll prepare some meatballs since beef could be employed as well..Greetings,tere.

Boil the meat in dry spices only (cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, laura leaves, and black pepper grains).
In a pot, heat a piece of butter or ghee, take the chopped onion, take it down with the chopped garlic, and turn it over until being golden
Take down the tomato juice, and take down the spoonful of sugar and meat
A quarter of an hour, add the carrot cubes, peas, salt and pepper, turn over a cup and pour them over a medium heat for 15 min as well
Heat the pottery casserole in the oven for 15 min before cooking, then add all the ingredients peas, meat in the pottery casserole
We put the casserole into the oven. For another 15 min till cooked well under temperature of 200 °, then turn the grill for 3 min to brown the casserole dish.
Serve it with rice , have a nice dish
