Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

Made these for my daughters for Christmas. This recipe was very easy to follow. For me it was easier to use a cookie dough sized ice cream scoop to portion out the dough. I didn’t smoosh then down. The number of drops of green dye was perfect!
