Hello Sanele! I tried your Gogo’s lovely recipe out and I loved it! :) I’ve never made fish cakes from scratch until today! (for supper) I adjusted the recipe a little to suit what is leftover in my fridge and cupboards, I added haddock fillets, mashed sweet potato, chili and garlic. I roasted the fish cakes in the oven instead of frying because of dietary requirements. I served the fish cakes with roasted veggies. Thank you so much for the inspiration and dinner idea! This recipe will be a regular in my home :) (Please excuse the paper plate, we have a terrible drought issue in Cape Town, so these make a daily appearance in my kitchen 😂)
