In a pan heat butter. Add finely chopped onion and saute for sometimes. Add crushed garlic, chopped capsicum and chopped tomatoes and saute until tomato softens. Add salt, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala. Mix well. Add little water to make gravy like consistency.

Add bun pieces and mix gently. Add chopped coriander leaves and finally pour lemon juice. Mix well and enjoy hot.
