Cooking Instructions

Cut the cabbage. You can use either white or purple cabbage, both taste great. Wash and drain it.

Shred the cabbage.

Fry the crumbled chorizo.

Add the cabbage to the chorizo as it starts to change color. Mix well with the salt and bouillon. Cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat for a few more minutes. Serve with rice or beans to taste.
