Chicken cubes 500 gm
1 tspSalt
1 tspGinger garlic paste
1 tbspChilli flakes
1 tspBlack pepper
1 tspCoriander powder
1 tbspVinegar
1 tbspCorn flour
1 tbspRice flour
For gravy
1/2 cupOil
Curry leaves 3 -4
1 tbspTomato paste
2 tbspChilli garlic sauce
1 tbspKetchup
Salt
1/2 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspGaram masala powder
1/2 tspDaniya powder
dropsRed food colour few
1Green chilli large

Mariante the chicken and deep fry

Make the gravy with the above ingredients

Add fry chicken and chilli and saute well and serve
