Ingredients

  • Tofu cubed
  • Salt
  • Red chili
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil
  • Egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Coat egg with salt for 1 hour

  2. 2

    In a bowl nix all ingredients except tofu and egg

  3. 3

    Whisk egg, and dip tofu in it

  4. 4

    Then dip tofu in bread crumbs bowl to coat evenly

  5. 5

    Fry in medium hot oil

  6. 6

    Drain and serve
