2Potato
2Onion chopped
1 tspGinger garlic paste
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1/2 tspJeera powder
to tastered chilli powder
3 tspOil
to tasteSalt
2Green chillies

Firstly boil the eggs and keep it aside.. take a pan and heat some oil and fry the potatoes chopped earlier
2

Then fry the chopped onions and then give the masalas and fry them for some time.. then add salt and green chillies if you want
