Steps

Washed and soaked the maize grains for at least 30mins

Prepare the steamer, lay the sack and pour the grains.

Cover the grains with sack edges then cover with the steamer cover make sure it covers very well so that u will not have any steam escape because dambu needs steam very well and on the 🔥 sauce cook for 35-40mins

Take off 🔥 sauce and open the steamer wow 😲 a fresh dambu was what I saw from my steamer I removed it from the sack to a big bowl and add the groundnut +onions +salt and cooking oil then mix throughly

Then I take it back to the layered sack on steamer and cover again for 40mins since from 20 mins time the aroma was out and all the house is answering 😃 after 40 mins my dambun is all ready soft and fresh I take the 🔥 sauce and add my washed boiled moringa leaves in wow the test was so amazing 😉

Finally serve with oil and pepper 😋
