Ingredients

1/2 kgcauliflower cut into pieces
2potatoes peeled and cut into pieces
2onion chopped
2tomatoes Chopped
1 tspginger-garlic paste
2 tspoil
1/2 tspcumin seeds
to tastesalt
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspcumin powder

Steps

In a kadhai add oil and cumin seeds.

Then add onion and ginger garlic paste.cook for five minutes.

Now add all spices and mix well.

Add tomato and cook for five minutes.

Now add cauliflower and potatoes.cover with lid and wait until vegetable cooked.
6

Serve hot with chapati
