AT first In a large bowl add semolina,yoghurt/curd and mix well rava and curd. now add tomato puree and make a thick batter. U can add some water if required. Now add salt and mix it well. keep it aside for 8,10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add baking soda. once baking soda is added, start preparing uthappa immediately

Now heat a dosa pan and pour a ladleful of uttapam batter and spread in a circular motion. maintain the thickness of uthappa and it should not be like thin dosa.

Now spread the toppings on top of the uthappa evenly. after the topping have been added press gently so the toppings are pressed into the batter. add oil around the uthappa. Now cover and let it cook for 1-2 minutes in low flame.

Now flip over on the other side once the uthappa turns golden brown. cook it for 1 minutes in a low flame.
your instant tomato uttapam is ready to serve.
