Ingredients

  • 500 gcouscous
  • Enough moringa leave
  • 1 cupveg oil
  • Pepper and onion grounded
  • Sliced onion
  • Enough seasoning to your taste
  • For mixing
  • 1medium size colander
  • 1clean bowl
  • 1serving spoon
  • For the cooking
  • 1pot
  • 1polybag

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash veggies thoroughly and set side

  2. 2

    In A big Clean bowl, pour couscous, seasoning, veggies, and veg oil and mix until well combined then add vegetable of choice (moringa, spinach)

  3. 3

    If you have a big pot for stream or rice cooker you can use it because this recipe is cooked by steaming once it starts to cook the aroma is every where

  4. 4

    You can fry and add oil if u want *tip* use fried groundnut instead of cooking it

  5. 5
