Roasted sweet potatoes, acorn, & butternut squash

Ingredients

  1. 2xlarge sweet potatoes largely cubed
  2. 1x large butternut squash largely cubed
  3. 1x large acorn squash largely cubed
  4. 1/2large onion largely cubed
  5. Olive oil for roasting
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper
  8. Paprika
  9. Dried oregano

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400 and cut all veggies to a large cub shape

  2. 2

    Coat in olive oil and season

  3. 3

    Bake it an hour and flip halfway through or until brown and crispy edges.
