    Cut all ingredients

    Wash and drain

    Add two tablespoons of oil and heat

    Add carrots, zucchini and cauliflower

    Fry for 3-4 minutes

    Add seasoning,curry, peas and corn

    Fry for another 4 minutes

    Add green pepper and turn off heat immediately
