Wash ginger thoroughly. Now let it dry then peel it.

Now cut it into thin and long pieces.

Put it in a glass jar and add salt and black pepper to it.. Take lemon juice in a cup. Now put it in a jar. Ginger should be fully dipped in lemon juice.

Put a lid on the jar and keep it in the sunlight for 2-3 days

On the fourth day, the pickle is ready to eat.
