Ingredients

12 Slices
  • 1 lbminced beef
  • 1Small Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 CupAlmond Flour
  • 2Eggs
  • 2 TspMixed Herbs
  • 2 TspSalt
  • 1 TspPepper
  • 4 TspGarlic Powder
  • 2 TspWorcestershire Sauce
  • Tomato Topping:
  • 1 CanTomatoes
  • 2 TbspErythritol
  • 1 TbspApple Cider Vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. 2

    Mix all of the loaf ingredients together and transfer to 2 loaf tins.

  3. 3

    Bake for 30 Minutes.

  4. 4

    Mix tomato sauce ingredients and pour on top of meatloaf. Return to oven for an additional 25 minutes.
