Firstly add vinegar in milk mix well and keep it a side.

Take a bowl add oil and sugar mix well than add vanilla extract now add milk and all dry ingredients mix well.

Now pour batter into 8" inch pan bake it for 30 minutes at 180' c

Now whipped cream in high speed till it get stuff peaks now apply on cold cake cut into slices add cream than cover cake on top.You can make Santa and x- mas tree with whipped cream.serve chilled
