Make slices of onion and potato. Put a cooker on medium flame. Pour oil into cooker and make it hot. When it becomes hot or clr of oil becomes light add cumin. After that add onion potato and peas and stir it well for 4-5 minutes and than add salt 1.5 tablespoon.

Than add water and water should be double in quantity of rice as I am taking 600 ml water and make it boil than add rice. Make sure rice should be clean. And strain with water also and put the lid of cooker tight with it and wait for the whistle and put the flame off on first whistle.
