Five Spice Pan Fried Pork Belly Five Spice Pan Fried Pork Belly
A non stick pan will help the pork tenderize in its juices in low heat while thawing and then render its fat without making the meat tough in higher heat. Try this if you love five-spice. If not, lemon and dried rosemary go well too. SpottedByD -

Roast Pork with 5-Spice Powder Roast Pork with 5-Spice Powder
I learned this recipe from a Taiwanese friend. The 5-spice powder brings out the flavor and is delicious. It is more savory and delicious if you cook the meat until browned. It burns easier if using the grill, so be careful. The temperature of the oven and the cooking time differs depending on your oven, so adjust accordingly. Salccicia-Style Pork with Five Spice Powder and Soy Sauce Koji Salccicia-Style Pork with Five Spice Powder and Soy Sauce Koji
My daughter gave me five spice powder from Hong Kong as a souvenir. It had such a nice aroma that I created this Salccicia recipe with it.I did not make it with skins. I recommend this homemade Salccicia because it is not greasy and can be seasoned to taste.I wonder if this resembles kofta more than salccicia...I used lean offcuts of pork. I did not chop the meat as finely as the ground meat. Check the taste in Step 3. I always taste this way when I cook hamburger or shumai dumplings. If you prefer a stronger taste, adjust with salt, not soy sauce koji. Recipe by gingamom cookpad.japan -

Economical and Flavorful Pork Belly and Cabbage Stir-fry with Salt and Pepper Economical and Flavorful Pork Belly and Cabbage Stir-fry with Salt and Pepper
I think this is a pretty ordinary recipe, but it's too simple, so it doesn't come up in a search. And I thought that rather than just stir-frying, following just a few helpful hints could make this common dish really delicious, so I decided to post this recipe. We use an electircal cooktop in our home. Since you do not directly salt the cabbage, its flavor really comes out and the flavor of the salt and peppered pork belly doesn't get too strong. It's healthy since no oil is used. The ingredients are cheap and it's ready in only 15 minutes, so it's convenient. Recipe by Rerere3brothers cookpad.japan -

Pan Fried, Salt and Ginger Flavored Pork and Mushroom Pan Fried, Salt and Ginger Flavored Pork and Mushroom
Ginger pork is usually richly flavored with soy sauce, so I made a lighter salt-flavored version. It may seem like there's more vegetables than meat on the plate... but in our family we always eat lots of veggies.Use whatever mushrooms you like. King oyster mushrooms and shimeji mushrooms are delicious too. When pan frying the pork and mushrooms, stir occasionally as if you were stir frying it to cook everything evenly. It tastes best if you cook everything until it's lightly browned.Great served with shredded cabbage or tomatoes on the side. For 2 servings. Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan -
