Steps

Take two serving plates and arrange 8 papdi puris on each plate.

Place 1/2 tbsp chopped potato and approx. 1 tsp moong over each papdi.

Place onion and tomato over each papdi.

Top each one with khajur chutney.
- 5
Top each papdi with green chutney.
- 6
Sprinkle sev and chaat masala powder to taste over each serving plate.
- 7
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- 8
Sevpuri chaat is ready for serving.
