Add the wet ingredients to a blender and add the sugar.

Gradually add the dry mixture to the blender and blend until the batter is smooth and well combined.

Grease a baking pan with tahini, pour in the batter, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
