Ingredients

1/2 an hour
6 servings
  • 2medium size potatoes
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 250 gmethi saag
  • 1carot
  • 100 gsame phali
  • 3medium size tomatoes
  • 1large onion sliced
  • 6-8dry red whole chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 cupoil

Steps

1/2 an hour
  1. 1

    Wash and cut all veggies and wash again

    Now heat a pan add oil and brown onion and add salt chillies and tomatoes

    Now add veggies and cook on high flame for 3 min mix well and turn the heat low

    Stir in between and cook until all veggies are tender the veggies are cook untill water evaporate and oil looks separate

    Your yummy sabzi is ready enjoy with chapati or even rice
