1/2 bowlcurd
As neededlukewarm water
1pouch eno
1 tspsalt
To tasteblack pepper
As neededoil for grease
2onion finely chopped
1/4 bowlpeas
1capsicum finely chopped

Take a big bowl add semolina, curd, salt, water and mix it and make the batter.

And rest it for 15-20 minutes.

Now add onion, capsicum, peas and mix well.

Add eno and mix well.

Now grease the appe stand and add batter and cook it.
