Take hung curd and cottage cheese in a bowl.

Add chopped onion and capsicum and also grated carrot.

Add salt, black pepper and garam masala powder and mix well.

Take flour in a bowl and add water to make a slurry.

Slice the sides of the bread and roll it little.

Put some mix on one side and put the flour slurry on all the sides of the bread.

Fold the bread and press it with light hands to seal the ends well.

Heat oil in a wok and fry these parcels till golden brown on both sides.

Drain out on absorbent paper and make rest all similarly. Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
