Ingredients

  • For making batter
  • 1 bowlGram flour
  • As neededwater
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 1/4 tspcoriander seeds powder
  • 1/2 tspcarrom seeds
  • 4garlic pods
  • 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  • Others
  • 2potatoes
  • As neededCooking Oil for deep frying
  • 2 tbsp Green chutney
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients for making batter in a mixing bowl and make a batter. Mix well.

    Cut potatoes in finger shape.

    Deep fry potato Fingers.

    Dip potato Fingers in Gram flour mixture and deep fry till golden brown colour.
