Ingredients

15 minutes

for 3 person's

2 cupboiled rice
1 cupmix vegetables
2 spoonoil
1/2 spooncumin seeds
2bay leaf
4-5black pepper seeds
1/2 cuptomato paste
To tasteSalt
1/2 spoonred chilli powder
1/2 spoonturmeric powder
3/4 spooncoriander powder
1/4 spoongaram masala

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin, bay leaves, black pepper and mixed vegetables to fry

Add salt and all the spices and fry them and then add tomato paste

When oil comes up mix boiled rice

Mix well and serve with salad and papad
