Take 2 cup poha.take 5 cups of water and rains quickly drain the water completely.

Heat a pan. Add oil add mustard and cumin seeds.

When they begin to pop, add hing, green chilli. Add cubed potatoes and saute for a minute. Cover and cook on a low heat until soft and cooked completely.

Add turmeric powder and salt and poha and tomato cubs. Mix well and cover the pan.

Cook on a very low heat until it turns hot and add sprinkle Lemon juice.

Ready for taste.
