1pkt noodles
I onion
2tomatoes
1/2grated carrot
Pepper
Salt
Capsicum

Steps

1

Empty your noodles into a bowl with hot water and cover.
2

In a pan/pot fry your onions till translucent then add garlic and let them brown.

Add your tomatoes, capsicum, carrots, salt, pepper and any other spice of your choice and let them cook till the tomatoes are done.

Drain your noodles and add them to the pan and mix for a minute. Then serve and enjoy.
