At first wash and shok poha add sugar and, salt on soaked poha and mix well.

Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a large kadhi and roast 2 tbsp peanuts on low flame.
roast until the peanuts turn crunchy. keep aside. - 3
In the same oil, add mustard, cumin, pinch hing and few curry leaves.

Further add 1 onion, 2 chilli and saute well.saute until onions become translucent.
Now add ¼ tsp turmeric and saute well.
add in soaked poha and mix gently until everything is combined well. - 5
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
coriander and 2 tsp lemon juice. mix gently. - 6
Our kanda poha is ready to serve.
