Ingredients

4 persons
  • 1 cupNido
  • 1 tbspflour
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1egg
  • 1 litremilk boil with 1/2 cup sugar

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients with egg.

  2. 2

    Refrigerate for 10 mins.

  3. 3

    Make small balls abt 20 to 22.

  4. 4

    Add in boiling milk cook for high heat for about 3 mins.

  5. 5

    Slow the flame cook until ball are double in size.

  6. 6

    Cool then serve.
