Ingredients

  • Breadcrumbs (I used homemade)
  • 3-4large eggs
  • Pepper
  • Onions
  • cubeSeasoning
  • Pinchsalt
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, add 2cups breadcrumbs, add seasoning cube, crushed pepper and onions and mix.

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl, whisk your eggs and season with salt.

  3. 3

    Pour the whisk eggs gradually into the breadcrumbs mix until you get the desirable batter like that of normal kosai and deep fry in hot oil
