Ingredients

1 litermilk
1/2 cupfull cream milk powder
Halfcup and 1/4 cup of condensed milk
Halfcup choco chip

Take a pot add milk boil it and cook it until it reduces in half quantity. Now in a cup add half cup of warm milk and milk powder mix it now add condensed milk in it mix it... Now check it's consistency... Until it thickened...

Now let it cool completely at room temperature..now take a airtight plastic bowl.. Pour ice-cream in it and freeze it in freezer for 5 hours... Now take a bowl from freezer beat it until it fluffy...

Now add some choco chips in it and again freeze it for 12 to 15 hours....

Now take a ice cream scope and put it in warm water for 30 seconds take a ice-cream from freezer. take it out with the help of ice-cream scope and put it in the bowl again add some choco chips on top now ice-cream is ready to be eat.... 🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨😋😋😋😋😋
