First chopped all veggies onion,carrot,capsicum,tomato and coriander leaves chopped finely.Next take a bowl and add besan and all spices and mix well.

Next add water and make smooth paste without lumps and then add chopped veggies adding salt as per taste.Heat a pan brush oil over pan and pour the besan batter and shape in round and cook the chilla from both side by flipping when it is done one side.Serve hot with tomato sauce and coconut chutney healthy breakfast is ready to eat.
