Fry chicken pieces in 3-4 tablespoon oil

Add capsicum, mix them.After some time add chilli sauce, soy sauce,black pepper, salt and vinegar. Give them a good mix and cover the pan

After 5-6 mins add cabbage and carrots... if u want to add peas you can add boiled peas. Give it a good mix on high flame. Keep mixing it until all the equipments are mixed. Add cooked egg and turn off the flame.

Now boil the rice and add the cooked vegetable and mix them....
