Steps

Heat the kadai add oil then add mustard seeds, cumin seed when splutter then add garlic saute till light brown.

Add onion, green chillies,curry leaves saute till soft.

Add potato stir fry for 2 min in medium flame.

Add brinjal and raw Mango cubes mix and saute for 2 mins.

Add tomato,red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric,garam masala, salt mix it all well cover with lid cooked until potato gets soft

No water should be added sabji should be dry
- 7
When sabji ready garnish with coriander leaves

Serve with Chapati, paratha and poori
