Boil the vermicelli in 2-3 cups of water for 2-3 minutes and strain the excess water and set it aside to cool.

Now,add the vermicelli,mashed potatoes crushed peanuts,bread crumbs in a mixing bowl.

Add green chillies,salt and lemon juice and make a dough,you can use more spices like chat masala,garam masala to increase the taste.

Grease your palm with oil and make lemon sized balls and make cutlets from it in any shape as you like.

Deep fry them till they turn golden brown and crispy.

Serve them hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
