Peel, wash and cut your potatoes into small cubes. Cutting them into cubes will help them boil faster. Preheat your oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Add water and salt to a cooking pot and boil your potatoes until a fork can poke through them. Switch off heat and drain off excess water if any.

Mash them and add garlic powder, black pepper, salt if need be and flour then mix them in together.

Scoop the mashed potatoes using an ice cream scoop and roll it into a ball with your hands. The flour should make the potato balls come together.

Make a hole and insert cheese, brawn then cheese again then cover the hole and roll it again into a ball. Do so until the mashed potatoes are done.

Grease your baking tray with oil and place them on the tray. Chill them for 15 minutes in the fridge then bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.

Serve with garlic mayo dip: put mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice in a small bowl and mix.
