Salmon Porridge
Made for my son because he has mouth ulcers ❤️

Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season to taste. Dice the carrot. Rinse the white rice, glutinous rice, and mung beans, then put them in a rice cooker. Cook until it boils, then switch to the porridge setting until the grains are soft.

Sauté the salmon in fragrant fried shallots until cooked. Set aside.

Simmer the porridge until the rice grains are soft, then add the carrots and cook until tender. Season to taste.

Once the porridge is cooked, add the salmon and adjust the seasoning. Add sliced green onions, shallots, fried shallots, and pepper. Enjoy! It's so delicious 👌
