  • Chicken breast 1 cut into cubes
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1 tbspSoya sauce
  • 1 tbspChilli garlic sauce
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/4 tspGinger paste
  • Coating
  • Eggs
  • Bread Crums +Seasme seeds

    Mix all above ingredients on chicken

    Marinate 30 mins

  3. 3

    Put it on skewers

  4. 4

    Dip in egg then breadcrums

  5. 5

    Preheat oil & fry on medium flame. So it turns out crispy golden brown. Ready to serve. Happy cooking💕
