Fry the plantain until it become brown,then keep it aside

Chopped all the ingredients, (ring form)

Get a Pan, add little amount of olive oil, add your chopped green pepper, tomato, onion, red pepper, put your seasoning and it then fry it for some minute

Then add your fryn plantain, cucumber, black pepper, white pepper

Cover it, and leave it for 5min at low heat
