First wash the mugi dal then soak it for 2 to 3 hours then crush it in the mixer. Crush it a little crispy then add salt and let it rest for a while.

Now take a little cumin in a nonstick and heat it slowly on gas. Change the color and turn off the gas when it smells. Then take this cumin on a plate of bread and take a bowl with a rolling pin.

Now to make yoghurt, first take yoghurt in a bowl and stir it a little, then add powdered sugar, salt, pepper powder, roasted cumin, coriander and prepare yoghurt. This looks very tasty
