Ingredients

  • 300 gmKhaman (Leftover)
  • as requiredOil
  • 1 tbsp tblspn mustard
  • 1 tsptspn garlic paste
  • 1 pinchasfoitida
  • 1tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1tbsp Fennel seeds
  • 1tbsprushed green chillies
  • as requiredfew Curry leaves
  • 1pomegranate seeds
  • as neededSev - for garnish

  1. 1

    Crumble the leftover Khaman

    A picture of step 1 of Amiri Sev Khamani.
  2. 2

    Grind the fennel seeds. Add that in crumbled khaman. Add powdered sugar. Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot add mustard, let it crackle, add garlic paste, curry leaves. Add this to crumbled khaman. Add crushed green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix it well.

    Add pomegranate seeds. Mix it well. Serve with sev.
