Steps

Peel the Irish potatoes and cut them into four for the bigger ones and if they are small cut them into two then wash it. Slice ur onions and grate ur Scott bonnet bell pepper pour some palm oil add the slice onions add the chilli pest u have grated mix for 2 minute then add small amount of water as u knw Irish potatoes doesn't like much water.

Add seasoning let it boil then add the potatoes and curry and let it cook until its soft and it's ready. Enjoy it with bread or any desired pastry.
