Ingredients

10 people
  • 2 cupsjaggery
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 3 cupsrice flour
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • as required Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take wheat flour and rice flour. Mix it well.

    Take a pan and keep it on the stove, once the pan heats add jaggery and water. Cook in low flame until jaggery dissolves and thick.

    Pour the above into the flour

    Mix it well by using water and make it like a dough

    Take small piece of dough and make it into circle shape.

    Press it well by using finger tips.

    Take a pan and keep it on the stove, once the pan heats add oil, once the oil heats fry it and take it into a plate and serve.
